The govt. has issued orders to ADA (Agra Development Authority) relating to many projects. The bye-laws that ADA makes have to be in accordance with these orders. It’s the main duty of ADA to make sure that these governmental orders are implemented whether it be for issuing E-challans, identifying departments where NOC is required or information about RERA.
